”Vores elskede leder er i live”, sagde han og tilføjede at LTTE ledelsen ville tage kontakt med sit folk på et passende tidspunkt i fremtiden. ”Rygterne er sat i værk for at forvirre tamilerne ude i verden, som har ytret deres støtte til befrielsen af Tamileelam”, sagde han.
